All orders are placed through our website - If there is something missing or you like something that little bit different, please do send us a message. All custom orders are welcome 

Every design is hand drawn & painted whether it be a canvas type shoe or a pair of Dr Martens - We'll use the highest quality of paint making them weather proof so you can show them off to your friends & family. I wouldn't recommend putting them through the washing machine though, just in case

When you aren't wearing your shoes, please do not leave them in direct sunlight or near a radiator. The heat will soften the glue making them slide and out of place. 

If you get any dust or anything that gets on your crystals then a simple cleansing wipe gently over them should do the job

Most orders do take us 2-3 weeks, once finished they will sent be via Royal mail - 1st Class Signed for. You will be supplied with a tracking number, on the day of posting  

All shoes do fit well according to your size. Converse shoes are sourced from an authorised retailer. 

Our shoes from Next do fit well and are also good if you do have slightly wider feet.
